Breaking the stigma: mental health awareness at the Insolvency Service

Rob has worked in various parts of the Insolvency Service during the last 17 years and is currently a software tester for Digital Technology Services.
While working as an examiner in the Official Receiver’s office in Birmingham, he temporarily seconded to an IT project. He has been there for 12 years!
His interest in mental wellbeing grew from a dawning that he was in possession of a mind that seemed to occasionally turn on him. Considering this, he thought he ought to try and understand a bit about how it works to help himself and others.
