Paul Bannister

Paul is our Head of Policy and has been in the Insolvency Service since August 2018.

Before that he had a number of policy roles in the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy.

This included heading up the Company Law framework team, the Better Regulation Executive where he played a leading role in the Red Tape Challenge and the One-In, One-Out programme, and competition law where he worked on high profile public interest mergers.
