Rukhi Arshad

Rukhi has a vast experience of managerial work and is an accomplished Senior Coordinator for Official Receiver Services.

Rukhi joined The Insolvency Service in 1989 after leaving college. While deciding whether or not to go to university, Rukhi was advised by her late Father to take a role working for the Civil Service, and she never regretted that advice for a moment.

Rukhi used her excellent people skills to support staff as a mediator, has run successful recruitment campaigns, and has helped offices merge successfully.

Rukhi is also the Chair Person for FACES (Fairness, Awareness, Culture, Equlity, Support) which is a network for Ethnic Minorities for the Insolvency Service.

Rukhi’s faith is a huge part of her life. She recently learnt to read fluent Arabic within a month, after the passing of her parents. Rukhi was proud to complete her 8th Quran within 2 years, which has been the most proudest moment of her life.
